Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum

The Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum has been enacted to provide better protection to the interests of customers connected with the “member real-estate developers - CREDAI NCR” and for that purpose to make provision for the establishment of authorities for the settlement of customer’s dispute and other related matters.

The jurisdiction of Redressal Forum extends to the whole NCR region and it deals with the complaint of respective customers of member developers.

The jurisdiction of this Forum shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of any other law of land for the time being in force.

Code of Conduct

The fundamental objective of the CREDAI NCR’s Code of Conduct is:

To promote the high standard of real estate development and construction activities so as to promote transparency in system;
To maintain the honor and dignity of Developers in general and to secure a spirit of friendly co-operation between the Developers and their customers;
To establish honorable and fair dealing of the Developers with their customers;
To promote brotherhood amongst the members of the Association;
To ensure that Developers discharge their responsibilities to the Society in a fair, transparent and efficient manner.
