As part of our continuous efforts to enhance understanding of key industry issues we are pleased to inform you that CREDAI NCR and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi are jointly hosting a two-day workshop on "CONTRACT MANAGEMENT IN REAL ESTATE", on September 26 & 27, 2008, in Delhi.
Why a workshop on Contract Management?
Companies/Individuals dealing with documentation/formulation of Contracts often face problems owing to disputes arising among Developers and Executing agencies, leading to delay in completion of Projects. This workshop aims to address the issue of contract management at both theoretical and practical levels and help developers and agencies related to them to control transaction costs.
Who should attend?
All those who are associated with preparation of tender documents at corporate level and those responsible for implementation of projects in the real estate and allied sectors.
